ScoliScore: Genetics Influence Progression

ScolioScore for kids at Elite Chiropractic, a CLEAR™ Scoliosis Treatment Center

What’s your child’s ScolioScore?

What is the ScolioScore Test?

The ScolioScore test is the first and only genetic test proven to give insight into the possible progression of your child’s Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS)

How Does ScolioScore Test Work?

It is a laboratory test performed on your child’s DNA from a saliva sample. The ScolioScore test looks at different markers in DNA that suggest whether or not a curve may progress.

When should a ScolioScore Test be administered?

ScolioScore is indicated for Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS) and is appropriate for any male or female between the ages of 9-13 with a mild curve (10°-25° Cobb Angle).

The test should be administered prior to beginning scoliosis treatment, since the ScolioScore test may help professionals make more informed decisions about how to manage your child’s curve.
